Redbreast, produced by New Midleton Distillery (Irish Distillers/Pernod Ricard) is arguably the classic Pot Still Irish Whiskey from Ireland.  Tasting an Irish Pot Still Whiskey is something every whisk(e)y drinker should experience, and to drink a cask strength pot still whiskey is truly something to behold.

Non-chill filtered, Natural Color

Nose: Rich. Ginger, honeydew melon, sultanas, toffee. Big Hallmark bourbon notes are pronounced. 

Palate: Bold. Nutty, dense spiced banana bread. Seared kiwi. Manuka honey. Dusty yet green. Cacao powder.

Finish: Long. Rich spices, coarse ground cinnamon stick. Lightly seared menthol. Cola & sasparilla.
